It depends on the trip. Each adventure has a clearly marked difficulty level. Most of our trips are suited to anyone with a reasonable base fitness — no elite athlete required.
For most trips, no. We provide full briefings and guides take care of safety. Some specific activities (like advanced kayaking) have basic skill requirements noted in the trip info.
Each trip listing details exactly what's included. Generally: guiding, accommodation during the trip, meals as noted, and group equipment. Flights are typically not included.
Absolutely. Many of our adventurers travel solo and join a small group. It's one of the best ways to meet people who share your sense of adventure.

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers adventure activities. We're happy to advise on what to look for. Some trips require it as a condition of booking.
